Q: I have would like to initiate or otherwise make suggestions about a Hearthstone Village social event, how can I do so?

A: The Hearthstone Village association members encourage and welcome your input, you may submit your requests in writing to Social@hearthstonevillagecommunityassociation.com


Q: I have questions regarding the building of a fence, swimming pool, or want to make changes to my property, who can I contact?

A: Hearthstone Village does recognize guidelines outlined in the Covenants, please make requests for any such plans to Architecture@hearthstonevillagecommunityassociation.com. A friendly reminder; you are required to obtain written approval before any construction begins. You may print out and complete the Architectural Control Request Form, then submit it to the Hearthstone Board for approval.


Q: I have information about illegal dumping and/or vandalism that has taken place on/to Hearthstone Village property, who do I contact?

A: The Hearthstone Village Board takes such cases very serious and will seek severe civil and criminal punishments for the individual(s) involved. If you have information regarding such activities, please contact the Hearthstone Village Crime Watch at Crime_Watch@hearthstonevillagecommunityassociation.com. It is not recommended that you confront any persons suspected of illegal activities. If you are witnessing illegal activity taking place, call the Fort Wayne Police Department without delay.


Q: I would like to see something added to the Hearthstone website, how can I convey those ideas?

A: This site exists to serve the Hearthstone Village community, therefore your opinions are valued. If there is something you would like to see changed or added to this site, contact the site administrator at Webmaster@hearthstonevillagecommunityassociation.com.


Q: I have questions or comments regarding Hearthstone commons areas and/or maintenance questions, who can I contact?

Q: How do I contact the city regarding maintenance and/or repair to city owned property?

A: The City of Fort Wayne utilized a program designed to convenience the citizens of Fort Wayne by creating "One Call To City Hall". By calling 311, you may address any non emergency issue with the city. Street lighting, potholes in the road, or any other municipally owned  issues  in need of addressing can be relayed to the city through a central means. Remember; 311 - One Call To City Hall.
